The art of silence

When even a word means nothing,
When the drums stop beating,
When the chimes ceased ringing,
When the birds quit singing,
When the sun stops shining,
When the wind ceased blowing,
When the smile stopped beaming,
When the tears start running,
When the pain starts burning,
And the headache starts searing,
When the light starts dimming,
And the curtain starts closing,
When the body stops living,
And the heart starts existing,
When the day starts dragging,
and you find it hard breathing,
When the eyes start closing,
And the body starts chilling,
When nothing else in this world makes sense,
Then maybe I will master the art of silence.
